Risco R-II School District Reviews
I’ve went to risco all my life and I’m currently a Senior. One thing I love about Risco is it’s small town vibe! Everyone is super nice and friendly and the teachers take an active role in people’s lives.
I went to Risco K-12th grade. It is a wonderful, close-knit school. When I was in first grade my aunt passed away. My classmates sent me a ceramic guardian angel, as well as a card from each individual person. It made me feel very special. However, I feel like Risco is behind in their academics compared to the other schools around the area. High school was very easy for me, I passed all my classes with flying colors. College, on the other hand, was much more difficult for me to get used to because of how easy high school was. Overall, Risco is a great school, just behind on the education.
What I liked about Risco High School is that the environment is very friendly and when you're there, you expect to learn something. The only thing that I don't necessarily like about Risco High School is that since it's a very small school, it doesn't offer the same amount of classes that a bigger school can offer. However, overall I was very pleased with my time spent here at Risco High School.
