Renton School District Reviews
I really liked that the teachers were very involved with the students. There was not one teacher I got that I did not feel comfortable asking questions too. I was a very quiet, reserved student. Something that I would like to see change is the students including other students. There were many times where you would only see the same people over and over winning awards or things such as "princess" or "prince". Not once was a different student selected. I wish it was easier to feel included amongst your peers here, not just your teachers.
In my experience, the Renton School District is a very good one teachers are up early and are willing to stay late with students whether to deal with a small problem with a grade or missing assignment or with a student who just needs general help or a place to study. Schools are clean and maintained well by the staff and the community, and students who go to schools within the community are all well versed and involved with the people and community around them.
The school here is very good! Though there are various instances of us being "ghetto" here, I felt as though I was connected to this school. There are so many cultures here, so many languages spoken that it made me feel like I could learn so much about the world. The teachers are absolutely fantastic and know what they're teaching and the classes are easy to learn in. Overall, positive experience! There are some cases where resources and college readiness could be polished up, and the area itself is a biiit sketchy but overall, a nice school.
