I liked how connected everybody was at the school. Everybody knew each other. There was very little bullying. There was very little discrimination. I would like to see the school staff be more observant to their students, though. They don't know that nobody liked the food, or that the bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and paper towels, and were filthy.

The academics at Ramona High seem very lacking. Some teachers really don't care enough to teach the class and ultimately ruin it for the rest of the teachers who are doing their jobs and are passionate about teaching their students. My four years at Ramona High have been pretty average, the facilities have been pretty outdated for a long time but the football field and one set of bathrooms have been renovated which is a good thing as they are trying to improve. Overall more could be done to make the schools academcs better.
In the Ramona Unified School district I had many problems. I faced a lot of bullying and a lot of trouble with school and classes. I did not find very much support until I went to Mountain Valle academy which helped me get through my last year and a half of high school. My previous school was Ramona High where I faced bullies, horrible teachers, and faculty caring more about a girl wearing a spaghetti strapped tank top than the well-being of their students. If I were to state one good thing about the Ramona Unified Shool district it would be that Mountain Valley academy is the best scool I have ever gone too and I respect the Faculty and teaches who make it what it is.
