I love being in the Queen Creek District! Very little bullying that I've seen, great staff, cares for students! A lot of the learning is interactive. The special ed and resource program is great! However, the bullying has been increasing as the years go on but my school has been doing a good job at maintaining as much as it as possible. Ive been going to Newell Barney middle school for 3 years and I'm heading to high school and I trust most of the staff. My brothers (who are sped/resource) have been in the QCUSD for 1 year, going on 2 and have had some small bumps but other than that its been good.

Queen Creek High School has given me the chance to discover who I am. There’s various different clubs, sports, and extracurricular activities to get involved in everyday on campus. I have had the chance to swim on the Varsity Swim Team all 4 years of high school and i have built everlasting friendships that I am beyond thankful for. I love that Queen Creek has offered me many different tasks, whether it be Piano or cheering on the Football Team on friday’s nights. The only thing i think Queen Creek can improve overall is teacher to student relationships. After all, we spend most of our high school years with them and we look up to them as educators and mentors and i think that it is extremely important to make sure every student feels loved and safe. Queen Creek has fallen a little behind me this category but i think with a strong student body and strong staff members we can build unique relationships and make sure everyone feels involved!
I have kids in Q.C.H.S, Newell Barney, and Desert Mountain. The communication is excellent! Faculty works with you in so many different ways. The Principals and Vise Principals at both Newell Barney and Desert Mountain Elementary are the greatest and truly love the kids from my own personal experiences. The athletics programs for both girls and boys are awesome. And the coaches do there best to create a competitive environment for all kids, and seem pretty fair. The schools always seem to have different activities to keep kids active and engaged. We truly love our community and the schools within.
