Pulaski County Public Schools have wonderful teachers which really make the whole learning process much more interesting and a great experience for all. One of the best people I have ever met works for the school system and caused me to grow fond of a subject I had hated prior to the class. Overall the school system is very good, but I would like to see a study hall put into the schedule for high school students since a decent amount of homework and projects are collected throughout the week. Also, because the school has no windows it would be great to have that break where they could be outdoors and get fresh air during the seven hour school day.

Pulaski County High School offers a great variety of Dual Enrollment courses. There are courses in all academic areas, to include Pzychology.

Student safety is a priority in Pulaski schools. Years ago, all schools installed video surveillance at all locked school entrances.
I have attended Pulaski County Public Schools since kindergarten. My elementary school teachers were wonderful and helped prepare me for higher and more advanced academic programs. Really the only bad thing I have experienced is the middle schools. They are very outdated and there is no air conditioning since they were built back in the 30's. The high school is one of the nicest and newest high schools in our area.
