Throughout my four years at Princeton Highschool, I have seen teachers/Professors come and go, some I will miss and others I was thrilled to see go; However, since the school made its official transition into 5A in 2020, it has become nothing but students at each other's throats fighting for the #1 spot in many ways such as academics, sports. Still, the only one to defy this statement is the band program; I loved the band. They are the only program that can hold a family bond while the football team preys on each other, mainly varsity, even though they haven't made playoffs since 2016. Being a member for four years was indeed an experience of a lifetime, notable players, people, trips, and competitions.
I liked Princeton because the teachers were supportive and provided students with many resources. The students at Princeton are all very kind, friendly and accepting. I like how Princeton High School offers many dual enrollment courses to better prepare students for college success. However I would like to see more academic rigor. I believe Princeton can better excel in academics by providing more Advanced Placement course option for students who wish to take on more academic challenge. I would also love to see Princeton add more leadership and service opportunities for high school students preparing to become future leaders and contributors. Overall Princeton is an average school that could improve by advancing in academics, service and leadership.
This school has many problems, horrible teachers, raw food, and an administration that will either do nothing or make things worse than they already are. Sports teams are given way too much praise for how terrible they are, losing nearly every game. This school never gets anything done and when they do it's filled with error after error, the band program is one of the remaining good things about this school.
