Prescott School District Reviews
Prescott high school was very hands on with all aspects of school life. Teachers has set aside open hours every day if anyone needed to talk to them about any academic or school related subject, it didn't even have to be about their class and you didn't have to be one of their students. Administration brought in speakers to talk to the student body and motivate them to achieve academic success. Every teacher there has a common goal, for their students success. Even the coaches pushed their athletes to be the best student they can be before they ever worry about being an athlete. Prescott has tremendous school spirit and great environment of learning.
Prescott High School is an average, ordinary high school. However, most of the funding for the school can be found honestly in the football team and field, and some into the basketball team. Very little will be found within the rest of the sports (band included) and the school itself. The diversity in the school is very poor, with only bits and pieces of other races. Academics is somewhat rating from average to poor, with athletics as the highest.
It is pretty good overall. It is a smaller sized school, everyone knows everyone, the school is very supportive of sports and other activities. Only bad thing I would say is the students, a lot of people (students) are not the nicest, but overall I love prescott and the atmosphere.
