Powhatan County Public Schools Reviews
Powhatan County Public Schools have several different opportunities for students. I was enrolled in a program that helped me earn my associate's degree while I was earning my high school diploma. There were also several clubs and activities available for everyone, and the arts program was large and thriving.
I have been attending Powhatan County Public Schools since I was four years old. Each year has brought new opportunities and provided a full curriculum. All of the teachers has been very helpful and encouraging in their teaching. The schools do a good job of preparing the students for college. However, the schools don't only focus on college each teacher and councillor helps prepare you for life. The challenges you will face growing up are difficult but they are a lot easier to handle when you know their is a whole group of people supporting you.
Powhatan County Schools is a dynamic county always ready to change. That being said, sometimes changes happens at different rates. They’ve gotten better with acknowledging lack of diversity over the years but they could always improve.
