Phoenix Elementary School District Reviews

I was in the PESD for a total of 8 years from Kindergarten through 8th grade. The first six years I was in the same community elementarty school then I moved to a different school since the school I was orginally at did not have 7th-8th grade classes. I had a fairly good experience mostly because I had some great teachers. But in both schools I attended the teachers would always have trouble with one main person. That person being the principle of the school. For some reason at my second school they had a big problem with their principle. Although that was not the only thing, I would always hear that the teachers would usually buy the school supplies themselves and I would always think why did the district not provide for it? This appeared to be an issue for quite some time then I no longer heard about it. I would rate this district between a 3 and 4 because it is not the best but it is okay for it being a public school district.

I enjoy coming to ASU Preparatory Academy because the teachers are involved with us. They help us with work through out the whole school period. I also like how there is not a lot of students in our class because it's a better work environment for all of the students. The teachers and staff care a lot for us and that's what makes up our school. The students, staff, and teachers are like family to all of us. Our school is united as one and that's what I love the most. I also like how I get to play football with the boys here, my teachers support me because I am a girl. The moral support that they have is really amazing because it pushes me to do more.
