Perrydale School District Reviews

2 reviews
Small schools have the ability to allow students to participate in any variety of activities. I myself participated in three sports, ASB leadership, FFA, theater, and more. Each student can be involved in as many areas as they choose! The teachers however are often sub-par. They have to teach many of their core classes at a lower level so as not to disadvantage slower learners, yet by doing so those who grasp concepts easier or seek accelerated courses can't take them. Overall Perrydale is a good school where students can do whatever they set their minds to, but parents should know that students need to take initiative outside of class if they want their child to be ready for college as they won't receive it in the classroom.
