I graduated from Perrin and all I can say is that it is a very small school with 20-30 graduates per year. Everybody in each grade knows each other and students here even form friendly relationships with faculty. Tradition is a big thing in Perrin, with how we set up for football games, FFA shows, and of course with the schools own Spirit Week. I would have no problem having my kids attend Perrin High School as compared to a massive school where you don’t even speak to half of your class, I believe developing a family bond with other students is important and that is what you will get at Perrin.
I am a senior at Perrin planning to graduate this year May of 2019. I have participated in volleyball, cross country, basketball, track, cheer, powerlifting, FFA, NHS, FCA, and am Saluditorian of my class. I would like to see the school change in a few directions, better cafeteria food, more help with college readinessand more diversuty among the school.
I spent my whole life in Perrin and have been blessed to experience the strong community present. However, it is extremely dedicated to sports, and I would like to see more commitment to the arts.
