I love the Peoria Unified School District! Everyone in the district is always there for you no matter what. Especially the parents. Everyone is there to help you accomplish your goals in any way possible. Although I would appreciate not having to eat microwave lunches that are who knows how many years old. I would also find it very helpful if the funds for clubs were distributed equally. Whether it's sports or arts, they're all important to us! They give the students individuality, leadership skills, creativity, social interaction, responsibility, they even encourage self confidence and good sportsmanship and more. All of these attributes are vital to the world today and are extremely necessary for the growth of our future.

Moving from a different state is a both petrifying and alarming experience. Personally, moving from Indiana to Arizona, one of the worries I had was, acceptance at a new school. Once I arrived at Liberty High School in the beginning of my sophomore year, I quickly found that I had nothing to worry about. I meet my best friend to this day on my first day of school, his name is Jalen Booker. He invited me to sit with him and his friends at lunch, instantly, I felt better! When I needed help finding where my classes were other students were happy to help me. Faculty and staff were flexible helping me find and affiliating me with some of the clubs and on campus activities. The teachers are dedicated to their students and are passionate about teaching. Liberty High School has been a school that I have never dreaded attending and the place where I created lifelong friends and memories that I will take with me into my college years and the rest of my life.
I attended Peoria Unified from kindergarten to freshman year. I then transferred to California until I returned to Arizona for senior year. Overall, I've had a satisfctory experience. Each teacher I've had was dedicated to providing us with the best education possible. I was able to maintain straight A's all throughout elementary and high school. However, I realized from transitioning from CA, that they don't teach as much material, and their educational standards are lower, which is something they could improve upon. My guidance counselor in high school was great, he was always very helpful when I was struggling with anything. Overall, I would certainly recommend this district.
