We've lived in Pelham for 18 years. I had one child graduate PHS and one graduating next year. We have had nothing but good experiences. I love how much support the system has given to the music, band, and art programs!
Teachers and staff at all levels are committed to providing a school atmosphere that is friendly, inclusive, and safe. Huge variety of academic levels and course offerings to keep students interested in school and achievement. Teachers are very supportive and helpful. Lots of technology, resources, and very nice facilities for academics, athletics, and extracurriculars. Our children have been in Pelham schools since Kindergarten, and we are so grateful for the experiences and opportunities our school system provides for all students.
As a parent and a former Pelham City Schools teacher, I can honestly say that Pelham is an excellent place to raise your children. My three children have attended all 4 Pelham schools and we have been more than pleased with not only their education, but the relationships they have built.
