Pawnee High School is located in a small town, with a small student count. The schools do a good job at having events and opportunities people would expect larger schools to have, such as a variety of field trips, and interesting classes. Students behave well, and the teachers are nice.
Pawnee schools gives you a very small community feeling which is great, but is lacking in several department due to funds. The connections you can build with teachers is great. They have a good football and basketball program, but definitely need help in the theater and music department with funds and support. They have recently received a new superintendent who I know will do great work. Kids will feel included since the class sizes are so small and everyone knows everyone's name.
Although Pawnee does carry the friendly small town vibe, the general air of the town itself does not carry any care for the education of young people.
We have no money, which gives the students and staff limited resources, and poor extracurricular activities.
Of course most of the teachers (aside from some selected coaches) wish to help you, and want to see you succeed and grow out of Pawnee, but how could they help us when they receive horrible pay, and little respect from the Oklahoma Federal Government.
