We are parents of a kindergartner at Green Trails Elementary. We absolutely love the community and atmosphere in this school - the teachers and administrators do an outstanding job and parents are very involved. There is even a garden that parents, students, and teachers maintain. Such a unique teaching/learning feature where everyone involved has an opportunity to interact with nature. Our daughter is already very proud of her school. We are very pleased with her academic progress as well. Our family enjoys the extensive park with lovely walking trails and the playground. We are so fortunate to be a part of this school!

I loved my experience at Parkway South. The teachers are amazing and do everything they can to make sure their students succeed. However, my school is extremely outdated and poorly built for the amount of students it holds. The parking lots are poorly organized, the bathrooms are too small, and the hallways are constantly ridiculously crowded. Even worse, we have the world's smallest theatre, so it makes it hard for the performing arts to put on shows to their fullest potential. The bones of the school need a little work, sure, but I promise, the heart is all there!
As a college freshman looking back on high school, I can't say enough good things about how well Parkway School District has helped prepare me for college. My teachers always cared about my success, and they were always willing to help me in any way. The activities that I participated in were perfect for me. There is a really good balance between the academic life and the social life for all students. All these factors have helped guide me to success in my first semester here at college.
