I feel that the Park Ridge School District definitely emphasizes the small school environment. There are only about one hundred students per class so everyone practically knows everyone in their classes. It is very easy to build relationships with teachers and students in other grades which is a huge advantage. One negative is that there are not as many opportunities offered in clubs and classes because they could not get enough students enrolled to make the class worth the effort. However, the school is very motivated to academic excellence and they accommodate to the students as best as possible.
Park Ridge High School has been a great experience and the ideal learning environment. The staff and students are amazing!
Park Ridge High School is a pretty good thing to be grateful for. The teachers are helpful and attentive, and tend to have solid relationships with their students, and they do like if you work hard and want to be involved here. We are also pretty competitive both academically and athletically for such a small school.
