The Pardeeville Area School District is pretty average. The community makes sure that the students have the best of the best available for them. We just had out school remodeled to have an auditorium, but it only sits about 300 people, so we cannot have graduation in it. The athletic complex is very nice and the gym is a little outdated. The girls locker room sucks since it hasn't gotten remodeled in years. But the boys locker room is extremely nice, they have showers with doors instead of curtains and a built in sound system. The Spanish department is wonderful with a great teachers. The same goes for the Food Science/Agriculture Department.

Pardeeville High is a very small school. This can be a good thing as students are able to receive some one on one attention if needed and there is a strong sense of community because everyone pretty much grew up together. Additionally, for a small school there wasn't much of a lack of resources. Our science textbooks may have been a little old and outdated but anytime new math or history books were needed, they would get replaced. We also were blessed with new equipment and renovations pretty regularly. I think that the biggest drawback that Pardeeville has is the lack of diversity in the school which did lead to some closed mindedness, but mostly Pardeeville is a supportive learning environment that works to have their students succeed.
I think the most improvement would be the current guidance counselor. I know many students that have had difficulty with this faculty member. One time I had had the faculty member advise me on what classes I should take to prepare me for college. The response was that "I should take whatever class I would enjoy, and that they were not going to choose my classes for me." This was a ridiculous response in my opinion, because I just wanted advice on which route to take, which I did not receive that advice.
