Pampa Independent School District Reviews
Pampa High school is a very good school to go to. The discipline, education, and school spirit is all amazing. They make sure to get you ready for college. All of the staff for the past four years have always been very kind and always willing to help you with anything you need. Every sport we have has the biggest fan section I've ever seen. Every game the stands are filled with school spirit. I went here for four years and along the way I had gained another family. I always felt safe at school like it was another home for me. I have made unforgettable memories at Pampa High School. If it wasn't for Pampa High I know I wouldn't be the same person I am today. There is no clue what I would be doing in life right now. Pampa High School has definitely shaped me into the person I am today and I am ready to continue my life on in college because they have prepared me for the real world.
You don't even have to show up to pass... Never had to do homework. Passed with flying colors somehow. You can get homework at the start of the year and turn it in at the end of the year with like 10 points taken off for being late. You will not learn at this school.. Hell, my math class tests I could even look up the answers with my phone and the teacher didn't even care. School is full of drug use that got cleaned up a little bit with random drug tests if you are in sports. The school is filled with trash little "hoodlums". Did not prepare me for college. My TSI scores were way below average, but I worked hard in college and now im sitting at a 4.0 department GPA. It just was a struggle because of how far my education was behind. If you live in Pampa, transfer to Miami school. There is a bus that picks kids up in Pampa in the morning.
What I liked the most about Pampa is the sports and the teachers. Our sports have been really good for the most part since I've been in high school. I love going out and competing and it makes it fun that we are good so we aren't losing all the time. And we have some caring teachers in this school that actually care ahout us. They'll ask how our day was, make sure I'm okay when it's obvious I'm not.
