Palmyra School District Reviews
I loved my experience with palmyra! It’s a small school which is what I like the most about it. Since it’s a small school it gives you many opportunities in extracurricular activities and a better chance in being able to do those activities. I love how everyone is so close with each other. It’s just like a small family and it makes me happy. Another main important aspect that I loved about Palmyra was that the teachers there cared very much about you success. They were always open to help you. Getting that one-on-one experience when it came to getting help was always helpful!
As a student, I was able to participate in many different activities. I was part of both the sports atmosphere as well as the fine arts atmosphere. In both of these activities, I was able to become a leader and find that I love being one as well. I wouldn't have been able to do this if both of these activities didn't have the great support from the community and administration that they had. For my academic experience, I believe that the staff and teachers prepared me for my time in college. However, if I could change one thing, I would've liked to experience more finals. Overall, I would say that my time at Palmyra Jr.-Sr. High School was very enjoyable.
my daughter graduated with honors. her time the 4 years of high school where awesome. the staff ,teachers where very supportive . she enjoyed the closeness and the activities offered. this school gave her oppertunities she would never have gotten in a larger school. Her education at palmyer high school perpared her for college which we would have never gotten in lager school, she would have just been lost just a number in a larger school to get passed thru the system. she got support and help when she needed it ..small schools rock !
