Awesome teachers, sports, activities, and honor societies. Family friendly and lots of great courses offered all four years. I will be sad to leave the high school. I had a fabulous and fun four years! I'm ready for college and will visit the high school when I am home from college. I feel I am well prepared for college and my college courses. I am ready to pursue my career in biomedical engineering. I had lots of support with the classes in school and my teachers encouraged and supported me with my future goals. I am ready for school and my future.
I really had a great experience at the OASD. If you get involved in sports and clubs, you will enjoy the experience much more. Teachers are great and the guidance department helps provide opportunities!
The only positive about this school is that a select few teachers really care about their students. Athletics are generally pretty terrible except for the baseball team, and as I am sure it has been said time and time before, the administration is not good. They spend their money poorly and put way too much emphasis into music and arts. The kids that go to Oxford are generally lacking the determination to do anything more than attend a trade school or community college, besides some of the athletes. Go to Unionville or West Chester if you actually want a good school district.
