Onamia Public School District Reviews

I would like to see more programs for the youth. There are not a lot of programs that start from early childhood (including ECFE and elementary programs) and the focus should be more on all extracurricular activities. This would include sports, band, choir, debate, drama, and add on. Additionally, adding on to the health of the community through programs would be great. In addition, the sports teams do need better equipment and support of the community, not just the parents. I would also like to see the community support the students and attend performances, concerts, sporting events--baseball, track, basketball, football, wrestling. The students of this small community should be supported for doing well, trying activities, and be allowed the opportunity and access to what is currently available.

I like the small school and small class sizes and that everyone knows everyone and its easy to talk to teachers and other students. Everyone helps each other out and there for each other.
