Northwest Allen County Schools Reviews
I enjoyed the ongoing communication between the school staff and the parents. They made it very convenient to keep track of the schedules and activities via text and email. Students get busy and do not always remember to keep the parents updated. I was also pleasantly surprised at the amount of extra curricular activities that were offered. Not only sports but a variety of other clubs and activities for the students to be involved with. Another positive aspect was the amount of preparation for college classes they helped the students with. My student was even offered college credit classes while still a high school student. This was great in getting a head start on college.
NACS deserves the five star rating as it shows amazing growth for students and the community. Having only one high school in the district, there is a sense of community as all the students in the district will go through the same school, and there is no division that would be found in other districts that have multiple high schools. NACS is also home to a booming economy and has a great standard of living across the board for residents of this district.

This district boasts some of the highest test scores in the region, consistently placing in the top of many metrics. This district does have some issues with diversity with it being in an area of majority Caucasian population. For some students coming from other districts, culture shock could face them.
