The North Rockland Central School District provides a truly amazing educational experience. The school district keeps up with the times in the use of incorporating technology inside and out of the classrooms. The uses of SmartBoards helped me as a student to actively learn the material properly. In addition to that, all of the teachers I have came across within my years there were exceptional. They helped students like myself with whatever problems we had, and on top of that, greatly prepared me for college level work. The atmosphere of the school is very welcoming, where there is high levels of diversity, friendly teacher-student relationships, and overall a very positive place to learn to your best ability.

I liked that the teachers really cared about your progress and wanted to see you improve. They did everything in their power to help you succeed and I think thats great. I still have connections to coaches and teachers being an alum and it is great to have the feedback. They have also created many programs that help prepare you and help earn college credit which is great. I had 20 credits transfer in and it eliminated a lot of general education courses I needed. I would definitely change the amount of students because the hallways are super crowded. Other than that I loved going to North Rockland and have so many great memories as well as awards that I earned their. Proud to be a raider!
My experience at North Rockland High School was an excellent academic experience. The classes are very diverse and the teachers are very qualified and do a great job of teaching. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff and our Principal and main Guidance counselor do an amazing job of running our facility. There are many clubs open to all students any age, race, and gender that are open for all interests. The is absolutely a zero tolerance for bullying and the school is very good at keeping on top of that policy. The school over all has a very safe environment and I have never had a complaint about my 4 years spent here.
