North Penn School District Reviews
I have been in the North Penn School District my entire life and have enjoyed my experience! The teachers are very educated in their major along with helpful administrators. North Penn is a safe and healthy environment provided throughout the entire district. Technology, specifically chrome books can sometimes be complicated and get in the middle of enhancing the learning of all, but they have become a great resource and has saved the environment as well. The learning process is challenging with technology and sometimes it seems teachers are uneducated with the information about the product but otherwise it seems to be a great influence in the learning for students and the strength of the district.
I love North Penn. There are a plethora of opportunities to succeed and grow. The teachers and staff that I have connected with are people who truly want their students to learn and succeed in their futures. The addition of Chromebooks for all students has elevated my learning experience during my high school years. The diversity is vast and the student body is large, but everyone has the chance to make their mark. The school district provides so many resources, programs, and helpful staff to make sure every student does well. The sense of community from sports to music and theatre is exceptional. I have been a student from K-12 and I couldn't recommend it enough!
North Penn was my home for my whole school career. There were times that I struggled with the administration and I got very little help with my academic issues up until eleventh grade. If the student is struggling they try to push them to go to Northbridge. Very large environment. It sometimes feels like you get lost in the numbers, but the teachers at the high school care about every individual student and will do anything they can to help them out. They definitely prepare the students for college, no matter what area of studies. They don’t push trade schools very much, though they do push for the tech school starting in eighth grade for the students to attend starting their freshman year. For the juniors and seniors they do push Montgomery Community College on the students. They have many courses other schools won’t offer. Art programs as well as the AP classes are phenomenal. Loved my experience here and will always be proud to be an alumni!
