Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Community Unit School District No. 3 Reviews

I am currently enrolled as a senior at NCOE. Norris City, Illinois is a very small town with a population of 1,300. Although it may be small, the teachers here are very concerned with your well being as students and individuals. Even though there is not a lot of outreach, the teachers here will put forth the amount of effort needed to help you on your journey, whatever it may be. If you are actually striving towards a goal, the positive influences in your day-to-day school setting will help you along the way. At NCOE we consider each other family. Whether or not we get along or we think we have nothing in common, we all have one common denominator: we are all in the same boat, planning for our future, and trying to figure out who we are as individuals. Although like most schools, it has it’s downfalls, but overall the character and home-like feel heightens your experience. If you have the mindset to achieve something great, you have the ability to do it here as well. Go Cardinals!

I absolutely loved my time at NCOE. The students are kind and the teachers are amazing. They really care about you and your education. There is a strong sense of community within this district and it shows. If there was one thing I would change it would be to get new desks.
