The Norman Public School District is very accepting and welcoming to all students, teachers and parents. Norman schools focus on giving the students the best possible education, using the resources available to students and teachers. In my experience, the teachers in this district are dedicated to engaging the students in and out of the classroom in order to help the student become successful in whatever way that may be. One thing I would like to see change is the appreciation the teachers receive, pay wise. I believe teachers should be paid enough money to not only support themselves/family, but also be able to support the classroom whether that be in supplies, snacks or extra tools to help students, teachers, and parents in the classroom.

I think Norman is one of the best school districts in Oklahoma. Amazing teachers, close proximity to the university, and full of wonderfully talented and hardworking students. Norman is the district attend!
Overall, Norman public schools are great! I feel like I am learning well and that I will be prepared for college. Norman North especially, has a ton of clubs and activities that make me quite busy and let me have a ton of fun!
