There is a tremendous amount of extracurricular and after school activities. You will all always be encouraged by teachers and students to join a variety of different sport teams help enrich your high school experience and to make new friends. Also the very diverse student body allows for the creation of lots of clubs and interest groups that you are sure to find at one that appeals to you. Additionally, being so close to Manhattan always gives you opportunities to get employment whether at an internship or other businesses and companies.
It's a safe neighborhood and the schools are great in terms of academics and the environment itself.
