New York City Geographic District No. 13 Reviews

I attended Benjamin Banneker Academy from Freshman through Senior year. I had an excellent experience. The school provided several opportunities to students in terms of extracurricular activities. I was part of the soccer team and I was also involved in internship programs at Downstate Medical Center. The program was coordinated by Mrs. Moore who is one of the Science teachers. Having taken Honors and AP classes I believe I am quite ready for the next 4 years of college and beyond.

The students in the school district are great and friendly but I do have my doubts on the administrators. They seem to be doing shady stuff. I hope for more transparency.
