I have nothing to complain about! This high school was amazing! They offered a lot of variety of courses to take, the teachers are very caring and love to help you learn more. Obviously, covid-19 kind of ruined some of my high school years but the Neenah high school is taking very good care of their students.
Neenah High is a very diverse and large school. Even with the school being so large and diverse the staff still set aside time for each student. Neenah High School makes each student feel like they are truly cared about and truly want the best for you. Also, Neenah High School has group of people for everyone and no matter who you are or where you come from you always have other people who you can fit in with and be a part of.
I am overall pleased that I was able to study in the Neenah Joint School District. Especially at the high school level, my education was filled with teachers who are passionate about the subject they're teaching. I feel as though I have learned to the best of my ability through high school, and NHS did a brilliant job of supporting me.
As for middle school, many teachers were wonderful, but there were some that came up short. However, the middle school is split into 2 buildings: a 6th grade building and a 7th/8th building. I did really appreciate this. My 6th grade year was a smooth transition into middle school. Unfortunately, the state of the 7th and 8th grade building is outdated and way past the point of renovations.
The elementary school system in Neenah was wonderful. I still reach out to my elementary school teachers for their support or the occasional letter of recommendation.
Overall, the Neenah Joint School District has done a spectacular job with my education.
