Murtaugh Joint School District Reviews
I love how diverse and family-like the school can be. I do think there could be less drama and that having more art/music classes offered would be great and different but also helpful. Some students relax and destress through art and music so I feel it'd be beneficial to their other classes as well!
I have gone to Murtaugh schools for most of my educational career, and it is one of the most comfortable places to be. The teachers are all so friendly and genuinely want to help you succeed, and because of the small school size, you don't get typical high school cliques among the students. For the most part, everyone is aware of everyone else, and while school spirit is lacking at times, the ones who have it go HARD. The academics are lovely for what it's worth, though it is also the topic that drops Murtaugh to 4 stars for me, since it is incredibly short on a variety of electives, and there are no AP classes available.
Everyone at Murtaugh is really nice, the teachers are really good with the students, because we are such a small school it makes it easy to get to know everyone really well. To be honest I wouldn't change anything about the school
