Mounds Public Schools Reviews
I love that it is a small school. Great teachers and school staff! They need to work harder on anti bullying. Creating more community events through the school to keep the communities involved with the kids and education. More opportunities for sports, academics, and classes. More funding through the school not just for certain sports.
Not the most open-minded town, and that translates to its students. The teachers are decent in regards to a big-picture perspective, but there are always a few bad apples in the bunch. They fail to reach out sometimes, and this leads to students' lack of drive.
I love the elementary teachers. They are wonderful. The middle school could use better admin. The high school seems to be slacking on the admin as well. But the teaching is wonderful. Middle school and high school seem to not be serious enough about clothing or pda or language or discipline. But overall I like the school system. I can teach my children those things they are lacking. I love the community and how they all come together for anyone in need. We are like one big family.
