Miller County Schools Reviews

Miller County, overall, could be a much worse place to put your child. That being said, there are a lot of improvements that could be made. The majority of the teachers are incredibly competent and attentive to the studuents, especially given that they work with limited resources, because that is what I believe is truly holding back the potential of the school: the lack of resources. The extra-curricular activities are limited to only FFA and FBLA year round, with the occasional guest-appearance of Literary or 4H. However, something like Drama or Art is something I believe would really motivate the students to get involved in other activities and give them insight into something they might want to develop a career on.

All four of my children attend miller county and they love it. I can't think of anything to change. They have an after school program that is great as well!
I went to Miller Co school from 10th grade to when I graduated high school Overall I think it's a great school system. It's a very small school where all the teachers know you and your parents. So its hard to hide anything. I can say its better than my high school in Loganville G.A. teachers up north really don't care about their students it's all about the money. Teachers in South GA show that they love and care about you and your education.
