Mid-Prairie had been and I think will always be a big part of my life. It has a great atmosphere if you're going to a football game or just walking around the halls. Since it is a part of a smaller community everyone is pretty close and mostly supportive of different activities that happen around the district. All in all Mid-Prairie is a good district to be a part of. Go hawks!
I have gone to the Mid-Prairie school district all of my life. Throughout each year I have greatly appreciated the teaching staff, the community, and everything that the school has to offer. My school does an amazing job at making sure each student is being treated equally. We have many classes that offer college credits and even some that prepare you for it. Our school also offers many extracurricular activities for people to get involved with to fit all of their interests. The teachers put a lot of extra time and work into helping students learn and understand better. We also have a very wide variety of classes for everyone’s needs and interests. One thing that could be improved is the school food. We do get all of the correct nutrition but the food isn’t always appetizing. Overall I would score my school a 3/5 because we have many benefits for learning but we also have some things we could improve on.
I really liked attending the Mid-Prairie Community School District throughout my twelve years of school. The district is complied from a few small towns in the area that are very supportive of the school and it's extra curricular actives. As the district has been growing, there have been many changes to continue to offer the best education that they can. All of the teachers I have had in the past have been extremely knowledgeable about what they teach and know different ways to teach the content as needed to accommodate to the differing learning abilities of all students in the class. The special education program is outstanding and integrates with rest of the schools functions. The school district has continually scored extremely highly in the category of setting up students for success in college. As for extra curriculars, the school has success in all of its programs and allows students to diversify their interests and skills while building relationships with their fellow students.
