Mid-Del Public Schools have very diverse campuses, whether it be beliefs, ethnicity or religion, they do not discriminate. I have had multiple encounters with the Superintendent of Mid-Del, Dr. Rick Cobb. Dr. Cobb is very involved in school activities, he attends all of the concerts, and as many pep rally’s and games as he can. Rick Cobb also has a SAB(Student Advisory Board) which I used to be in, it consist of 2 students from each grade from 6th to 12th, these student meet with Dr. Cobb to discuss how we feel about our schools and what needs to be changed, he and his staff try to make the best experience in Mid-Del. I will say there are some downsides to attending Mid-Del schools, there are very close-minded teachers that handle student’s beliefs inappropriately. What high school doesn’t have a few rough patches though? I will say the past 6 years that I’ve lived here I have never seemed to have a single problem with the schools or district.

Mid-Del Schools are excellent, I appreciate the loving staff, and all the hard work they do to help our children. My children love there schools and love learning and that is because of the hard work the staff does. During the schools closing teachers and staff have been helpful with resources, keeping kids engaged and very supportive. We are very happy with the academics, teachers, safety, diversity, administration, school culture, and resources that is provided.
Mid-del schools has been my home for over 40 years. I went to school there, my two boys graduated from Carl Albert, and I have worked here for 20 years. It is great community of learning and I would recommend Mid-del to anyone!
