Maysville Local School District Reviews
Maysville School District offers a great number of opportunities for students who do not want the typical high school experience. They allow students to go to Mid-East (a technical school), take college classes for credit at Maysville High School, or attend Zane State College. However, the guidance counselors at Maysville High School are terrible; they play favorites and only help the students they personally like. The bus drivers and lunch staff for this school district are phenomenal and always kind to students.
I spent my entire 12 years at Mayesville Local School's so I can't honestly say Maysville is a good school or not. I have type one diabetes, and they made sure I had everything I needed in case of an emergency. All the staff and members of the school did seem like they wanted to be there to help and teach the students to the best of their ability.
Maysville has a nice campus and offers many classes. There is an opportunity to do college course work while still in high school. Maysville has many sports and clubs to get students involved. There is strong school spirit and sense of ownership.
