Living in the Marietta City School District my whole life I can say that it has changed for the best and for the worst. I am the youngest, my oldest sibling being almost thirty and having also attended school in the district can say a lot about what I've experienced. Schools have gotten much better in the academic department. As well as the security department and having better protocols for weather and other disasters.

I liked the fact that great opportunities are offered for students and motivate them to to better everyday, related to sports and academics. One thing I would like to change, is that it could at times be a more inclusive community, specially for international students who need to adapt to a new environment, setting, and school system.
I've had many wonderful experiences with this district, as a previous student, I'm a graduate of Marietta High School, home of the Blue Devils. Greatest environment a student could ever experience, along with great attitude, and a welcoming Blue Devil Family cheer, you'll be apart of a very big Blue Family.
