My experience at MISD was different, I liked the change. When I first got there I noticed that all the students had their own Ipads or electronic devices given by the school district which I found very unique. Though, through the day, I saw how helpful it is for every student to have an Ipad that they can access the teachers assignments on; saving the trees and time from the class to learn. When it came to passing period, there was a rule that you could only walk one way and I genuinely loved that concept. If there was one experience I could change that would be to change a few of my teachers that really didn't seem interested in their job, their were many teachers at that school who were very rude. Overall, academically, MISD is a good district!

Mansfield High School was my daughter's first public school experience. Her transition from private school was rocky; however, she got involved in activities and is very happy! We switched because MISD had greater opportunities for her academically with AP, dual credit, & vocational courses, and also much better athletics than she would have had at private school. The teachers really care about the students and their success in class. My daughter will be attending college on an academic scholarship and will most likely be admitted to a top 30 university. We have been very satisfied.
I have been attending Mansfield's Independent School District for over ten years. Overall, it is an amazing district that has many programs to help students succeed. Not only that, but I have visited family in different countries who explain the way school works in their areas. Because of this, it is definitely safe to say education is a privilege that we receive in the best way I can imagine. The resources provided for students at MISD really aide in creating brilliant scholars with the capability of changing the world. Attending MISD has opened countless doors for me. Being an Early College High School student, I get to start college before I even graduate from high school. I can't complain about anything.
