The Magnolia Independent School District has a nice academic system, but has room for improvements. What would make the academic aspect reach the benefit of student's grades is if a block schedule was enforced to add much more time in class and an effective weekly routine to better prepare students for unit tests. The Health sciences Department could also include more clubs for volunteering opportunities that relate to health sciences. What is currently available, limits opportunities for students to gain experience in helping around their community in ways of volunteering and raising awareness regarding different departments. This would greatly benefit the district because students would be more involved in extracurricular activities, awareness movements in the community, volunteering, and in school clubs/organizations.

Would like discipline in our school. Tired of kids cussing teachers out and walking out of class. Would also like teachers to know more information about students with anxiety. Had great Art, Yearbook, and Floral Design teachers. They really took the time to get to know their students and made their classes fun! Also don't feel it's appropriate for a teacher to use cuss words during their teaching nor take a phone call on their cell.
The school district of Magnolia is extremely helpful and supportive, They will always have your back no matter what circumstance may show, and they care for each and every student enrolled. These teachers, administrators, and parents are everything a strong school district has. They hear parents and students out, and hire excellent teachers to educate our youth. They understand the true meaning of education and will stop at nothing to reach our potential as a district as a whole.
