At the Madrid Community School District, there is a lot of respect for each other. The entire community has each other's backs no matter what. I would love to see a rise in numbers of students and staff that are excited to be at school to do their jobs in the future, whether this be students to learn or teachers to teach. I would also love to see more passion within the district. There is a lot already within the district, but a little more of an effort could really make a huge difference in results.

Very small class sizes which it makes it more personal in the classroom setting allowing for more individualized foucs.
I loved how small the school was and how much the people here allowed me to grow and advance. The only thing I would change about this wonderful school is; more funding to the arts departments. The sports areas get so much funding while the arts is struggling to even get a dime.
