Madison School District Reviews
We have very well respected academics at our high school. We as students have an amazing opportunity to take college courses and are able to get college credit for those classes. We also have very good resources for our broadcast and journalism class. We are a PBS school which means we have amazing technology that we can go and film with and create and tell stories with. I extremely appreciate that about our school. Not only am I apart of many academic programs at our school, but I am also apart of our sports program. Now that is a different story. I feel not all sports get equal opportunity and it is very frustrating. In my opinion every sport should get equal opportunity and that is not showed at Madison.
The fine arts program is amazing! I did it all throughout high school and I loved all of it. We went on fun trips to awesome places like San Diego and Disneyland. Not only was it fun, but I also learned a lot. All the teachers I had were amazing. I learned a ton in all of my classes. I took multiple AP classes and the teachers were very understanding but also prepared us for college. I loved my experience at Madison! I would like to see a more united student body at times. Everyone’s friendly and welcoming but the groups were very easy to pick out. Overall, Madison’s a fantastic school.
Personally I love Madison! It’s got great ways to be involved! I feel like the people that go here are so happy! Our teachers are amazing! You can tell how much the care about their student! Everyone is so helpful! There are ways to graduate with your associates! The one thing I will say is like any High school, it is what you make it! Get involved, make it fun! They gave you the possibility and resources to do it... so DO IT!
