Madison Public Schools Reviews
I have been in the Madison Public Schools District since fourth grade and now I am a senior. I have gotten many opportunities especially throughout High School such as going to Costa Rica and mentoring younger students in the school District. I am very happy we moved to Madison because I have made so many good friends and have made so many memories and sports games and clubs. I have loved my time in the Madison School District and had some amazing teachers and would highly recommend being part of this district.
Over-rated, smoke & mirrors. The academic performance of students is NO credit to the school system. Mediocre teachers! Don’t believe the hype!
Growing up in Madison, I had the privilege to go to a public school full of very motivated and bright peers. This created a highly competitive atmosphere, even when I was young and in middle school. I always enjoyed attending school, which I have come to realize is not the case for a large number of the population that are my age and younger than me. Although I am so thankful for my educational experience and would not want to change most aspects of it, sometimes I wished that our school allowed us to be more creative and explore what we were passionate about instead of focusing so much on academics. I feel as though I started thinking about college and using that to motivate me from such a young age when what I should have cared about was having fun while I had little to no responsibilities.
