Macon County Schools Reviews
The Macon County School System is flawed, but what school isn't? My school specifically (Macon County High School), is a school truly set on athletics. Which is great if you're an athlete. But if you're not an athletic person or if you're more focused on academics, then its not really the school for you. Or for me since i'm more focused on my academics. My school has a brand new gym and weight room, but we still have textbooks from 2005. This isn't how a high school is supposed to be. But my school does have good spirit. At football games many people from in the community come out and support our "bulldogs". And they help cheer them on. So even though my school is flawed, it is a school nonetheless, and it deserves to be respected.
The staff is okay but sometimes your child might get unfair treatment. Some of the teachers pick favorites while others are fair. The education is very poor but it's free. A lot of bullying and the rules are sometimes childish but other than that it's okay.
My experience with Niche has been amazing! I would encourage my friends to apply. I would love to go to colleges apply hopefully Niche can do that for me!
