Los Altos Elementary School District Reviews

2 reviews
This school is awesome. The balance between academic workload and fun, is perfect. The principal, Mr. Land, understands today's challenges, and as a result, he is totally respected by his students and parents. Diversity plays a significant role in Santa Rita, with plenty of new English learners every year and bilingual teachers all over the place. I made the right choice choosing Santa Rita when I moved to the Bay Area. My kid is happy and for me that's what really matters.

The district is filled with good people and caring teachers and administrators alike. Students are generally motivated to learn and do well. However, being in Silicon Valley, school culture is very geared towards STEM/college/the future rather than trying to ensure that kids are living healthy, balaned lives. Good extracurricular activities, including sports, to promote student involvement.
