Lometa Independent School District Reviews

1 review
Lometa is a very small town with small town values. You know everyone within a very short time. All teachers give their very best to each individual student. They had a hard year this year and recieved a bad rating but only as a result of helping students others wouldn't help. It ended up hurting the rating of the school even though they managed to get kids a diploma when they would have never recieved one without the great help of Lometa School and their willingness to help the student at any cost. The town is a very low economic community and has to be creative to keep the kids engaged in learning. We have had kids come in from large towns that were on the verge of failing, that ended up thriving and becoming successful because of the caring attmosphere of our little school in Lometa, Tx.
