Littleton Public Schools Reviews
My time here in Littleton Public Schools has ranged from very good to very poor. In Shaker Lane Elementary School, support was always provided by staff members without hesitation. At Russell Street School, I was always surrounded by enthusiastic teachers and staff members who evidently loved what they did. When at the middle school, I was thoroughly unimpressed. I had several teachers who had an attitude, were emotionally unstable, were monotone/unenthusiastic, didn't care about your well being, and made you feel unimportant and uneducated on many occasions. However, the high school is beyond compare. From my first day freshman year, teachers and staff have been nothing short of enthusiastic, welcoming, supportive, and kind. I have enjoyed every minute of my time there, and look forward to spending another year. The teachers show that they not only care about the subject they teach, but who you are as a person. They treat you like people, which is something very special.
The Littleton Public Schools are great! This school system is full of teachers that care about their students individually. As a student from kindergarten through 12th grade, I truly feel that Littleton has given me all the tools needed to make it in this world.
We have been in the Littleton Public Schools for 13 years now. Our oldest graduates this June. Overall the schools have been great. The teachers are excellent and the administration, for the most part, has been very responsive when we have had interaction with them. The one thing that has disappointed me through the years is the lack of challenging work in the younger grades. There needs to be some sort of program instilled that will challenge children that are above grade level work. This doesn't happen often.
