Lexington Community Unit School District No. 7 Reviews
My experience at Lexington High School was great! Because it is such a small and close community, I was able to form bonds that have lasted me my whole life. I have also been able to participate in many activities because of the small number of students. The teachers are very good at making sure you understand the material and help you prepare for what life will be like after high school. Overall, it was a great experience. I wouldn’t change much of anything because the school does a good job of incorporating fun activities and learning opportunities that keep you interested, as well as challenging material. The athletic programs and our community’s reputation is something we show a lot of pride in and I think that is why my memories there are so great. Being a part of the many sports teams has taught me so much and I wouldn’t have wanted to be at any other high school for my athletics.
Awesome staff, great programs, small school with a big heart. Great teacher to student ratio and caring staff.
Small class sizes is great for student and teacher interaction. Unfortunately the school has limited options for AP and other advanced classes. Providing access to these courses prepares kids better for college.
