I have been in the Leon County Schools public school system since kindergarten. Most of the teachers that the school system hires are wonderful people and excellent educators. It's noticeable that Leon County Schools care about the well-being of their students. The learning environment that has been created from the elementary schools all the way up to the high schools is very safe and secure. But, there is always room for improvement. Communication can be an issue and getting direct answers to questions and concerns is a bit challenging. Overall, Leon County Schools is a very organized and a school system that I would want my future children to be part of.

Leon county schools is a great school system and a fun learning environment. Having been to well approximately five schools in the system, I can truly say that. For most of my life I have been in the Leon County School system and it is one if the best school systems i've been in. And being here most of my life definitely is a biased statement as I have lived in man other places and other school systems. Some for example include: Manatee County in Sarasota, Florida and Gadsden County in Havana, FL.
Although Manatee county is a great school system as well, it does not hit home like Leon County, the teachers, staff, and everyone cares when your'e in Leon County. This has been seen from since elementary through High school for me.
Leon County schools is unparalleled in what it does for the youth through limitless support, connections, and education.
Leon High School is a diverse environment that can take you far. Every teacher I’ve had has touched my life and if you need extra help there are many ways to get help in academics. You can open your own clubs, and participate in many others including honor societies. I love everything about Leon High School, being alumni from there will also make all the difference. The grand ole school on the Hill has a lot of history and character. Leon puts on many events including rocktoberfest, fight cancer week, positively post it , and so much more! The school radiates positivity and excellence.
