Lebanon Special School District Reviews

Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. They generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views. Aiming for a top job in the organization. They set very high standards, aware that this will bring attention and promotion. Good at organizing own work and usually finishes priority tasks on time, but there is less evidence of organizing the work of the team. Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new.

I would like to see teachers do more about bullying and not consider it tattle telling. Staff needs to worry about what is going on at school while under their watch and not what is going on at home. Stop making trouble for families and teach the kids already. Things were a lot different back in the day in the schools, quit babying these kids, teach them respect and discipline them when they do wrong. Quit turning a blind eye and letting these kids get away with bad behaviors. Who cares if the parents complain, in the long run they will thank you in the end. I’d rather my child be taught right from wrong now before the jail system has to teach them instead.
