I have grown up in Cheyenne, and the school district has done so much for my family and education. I went to an Elementary school K-6 with great knowledge, memories, and awesome teachers to get me through good and bad patches. Middle school was an excellent learning experience and I am glad I could experience it in Cheyenne. Lastly, as a senior, I am proud to say I am going graduate from an amazing High school with, again, amazing memories, education and teachers to prepare me for college and my future!

It is the way this district chooses to hold teachers to the best standards that they can offer to students and include hundreds of ways to help students progress in their work. Weekly meetings in order to check in with students and offering programs such as tutoring to help students become the best they can be sets a proficient learning environment in which we can learn effortlessly. Us students always have the help we need because of the school district and it greatly effects how we see school. I hope everyone sees how hard the district is trying to help students progress as much as I have, I am fortunate enough to be grateful for the help I have received from programs that the district provides.
I enjoy our Laramie County School District #1, it is very diverse, and allows all students for the best education possible. They have many teachers who continually want the best for you and help you with everything you need to. The one thing that could be improved could be the Athletic aspect, and how each sport gets a certain amount of money and support. There is a noticeable difference between the sports more favored. I believe sports is the best part of high school, and by not getting the support everyone believes in, it doesn’t make it as memorable. Other than that, Laramie County School District #1 is a great and educational school district that helps all students achieve their goals.
