Laquey R-V School District Reviews

3 reviews
What I've liked about the Laquey R-V School District is Beta Club, that I have been in for 3 years now, because going to convention and just being able to help the community out is what I really enjoy doing. I also like meeting days because that gives me a chance to catch up on everything that I have been stressing about. Laquey is a good school, I have enjoyed a lot of my time being here, but soon, it will be my time to go. I will always be a Laquey Hornet!

I enjoyed going to school in Laquey. I felt that the only problem, like many rural schools, is the school focuses much of its funding on sports and remodeling rather than academics. For example, my senior anatomy class used books that were A) missing pages or B) falling apart. but overall, I had a good experience and feel like I was prepared for college.
About 1/5th of the teachers put siginifcant effort into their jobs - but at the same time the same small amount of students apply themselves to studies.
